Featuring a four-blade (Arc 4) shaving system, the Panasonic ES-RF31-S 4-Blade Electric Shaver guarantees a quick yet close and comfortable shave every time. With its increased coverage and especially designed foils and blades, there is no need to repeatedly pass the shaver over your skin.
All four foils covering the blades are ultra-thin. One of them is a slit foil while another is a finishing foil. The former has a structure that is designed to catch long beards, allowing the blades underneath to cut them to stubble-length, while the latter's openings are suited for catching the stubbles and bringing them to the blades. Angled at 30°, the nano blades under the foils cut facial hair as close to the skin as possible without causing cuts and nicks.
The foils and blades are hypoallergenic, thus preventing skin irritation and rashes. They float independently of each other allowing each of them to follow the contours of your face. This means that even hard to access areas around your chin, jaw, or neck can be properly shaved.
The blades are activated by a powerful motor capable of turning at 10,000 RPM. At this speed, you will never feel a single hair being pulled or tugged by the blades.

As the shaver is waterproofed, it can be used for wet shaving with gel or foam. And for the same reason, you can clean it by running clean tap water through it.
Powered by a lithium-ion battery, the shaver can run a full hour before needing a recharge. For charging, you can plug it into any electric outlet, whether 110- or 220-volts. It takes an hour to reach full charge.
