Constructed in a way that prevents the entry of water into its internal mechanisms, the Panasonic ES2291DT Wet/Dry Ladies Shaver can be used either wet or dry. You can use it with shaving lather while in the shower for a refreshing shave that is also smoother and closer. It can also be used dry when you are running late for work or an appointment, or even while you are already at the office. If you have a driver, you can also use it in the car. You can, of course, still expect a smooth, close, and pain-free shave.
The shaver employs a single floating head system. This means that the head bends to the contours of your legs and underarms, thus relieving them of pressure from the shaving foil. The foil itself is ultra-thin and flexible and is made of stainless steel. The blades underneath it are also created from stainless steel without any nickel content. They are hypoallergenic so you need not worry about irritation and rashes.
As an extra, the Panasonic ES2291DT is fitted with a pop-up trimmer for your stray and longer hairs. Once these are reduced to shorter lengths, the foil can more easily take care of them.
The shaver is fitted with a rubberized ergonomic grip that prevents slipping even when using it with lather while in the shower. Indeed, the contours of the grip fits perfectly in your hands that you can, whether with your right or left hand, use the shaver upside down, in long straight strokes, or in circles.
Drawing power from two size AAA batteries, the shaver is totally cordless. There is no electric cord to tie you down, nor is there a need for periodic recharging. When the shaver begins to lose power and begins moving very slowly, simply replace the batteries. Just be sure to dispose of the spend batteries responsibly.
You can clean the shaver either under the flow of tap water, or with a cleaning brush. Just detach the head to expose the blades and run water through them or brush them.
