Apparently, they include the designers of the Philips Norelco 8245XLD Speed XL Shaver because they included three shaving tracks on the three shaving heads of the shaver. The result is indeed a good one. The reason is the shaving surface is increased by up to 50%. This reduces the number of passes you have to make and thus the time needed to shave.
Featuring SmartTouch Contour, the flexible shaving heads bend to the contours of face keeping them in close contact with your skin to shave your unwanted facial hair. The heads are ultra thin, incorporating slots designed for cutting long hairs and holes for short stubbles.
With Philip Norelco's Super Lift & Cut Technology, the shaver employs a dual blade system to assure a clean and smooth shave. The first blade that comes into contact with your hair is angled in a way that it does not immediately cut the hair. Instead, it lifts it from your skin to expose a portion normally hidden underneath. Before you begin to feel the pain of the pulling, a second blade immediately follows to cut the hair.

You can also bring along the shaver when travelling globally as it can be plugged for charging into either 110- or 220-volt power outlets.
